Marcelo Prado founded FL Mediator in 2011 after personally witnessing the devastating impact of traditional litigation on families. Having suffered the effects of family litigation himself, he saw firsthand how the adversarial nature of the legal system exacerbates conflict, erodes relationships, and leaves a lasting scar on children. That experience ignited a commitment to provide families with a more constructive and compassionate alternative.
